Exmoor Zoo
…It was hastily re-arranged from later in the week to accomodate a missing activity, but fortuitously the weather wasn’t that brilliant and a wander around a fabulous zoo was entirely welcome.
The big cats were impressive (and very active) as was the singing dog. Luckily though, Boris the tarantula was not and everyone got to hold him, most through gritted teeth.
The armadillo (crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside) was everyone’s favourite, with the exception of one – who took a delightful fancy to the superb t-shirts in the shop.
