Another day of glorious sunshine saw the scouts hurriedly rushing around the site and surrounding fields to complete the GPS treasure hunt. Each patrol had a map and the coordinates of the locations of the geocaches. Once there, they had to complete a task in order to earn points. This led to some very entertaining challenges, such as the holey-poley and Maori face painting, where one scout looked “like an angry boiled egg!”
