A trip on the spinny thing…
After spending some time in the magical mystery queue, we made it onto one of the cars for our 30 minute (ish) ride! The Champagne and nibbles being wheeled onto the ‘VIP’ car behind us made us think we’d clearly booked the wrong ticket… but our envy was soon forgotten as we soaked in the fab skyline of the big city. At the highest point, the group assembled in timely fashion in order for us to invest Birthday-boy Ben whilst on top of London. BRAVO Ben!
After a hot and busy morning exploring Buckingham palace, the mall and Westminster, an aerial tour of London was just what the doctor ordered, and an excellent way to round off our first full day on camp.
