…With Tarxien Scout Troop
One night at the beginning of our trip our hosts, Tarxien Scouts spent one of their troop evenings with us. At first I think they may have been a little overwhelmed with us Brits but very soon everyone was getting on together as though we were good old friends. A few games were shared, along with some excellently cooked food, followed by a few campfire songs. with little choice Chris was accosted to perform Cecil: the world tour has begun! By all accounts this was the most talked about bit of the whole evening.
Tarxien were superb hosts, super friendly and polite to put up with all of us. A special commendation though to our 62nd Scouts most of whom were instantly welcoming and chatty. A memorable evening.
