The brave and intrepid met at 8 a.m. on the Friday to venture to the wilds of Dartmoor…some leaders<\/strong><\/span><\/span> <\/strong> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
were even awake and atentive at such a bright hour…<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(others were merrily unaware their lift had been waiting 15 minutes and this therefore made them <\/em><\/strong>late!)<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The weather for rock climbing was…well…typical winter on Dartmoor<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(the ‘Plan B: Indoor Climbing Wall’ was rather drier, warmer, less gusty…<\/span>and you could see further than 100 metres)<\/span><\/div>\n

The Youth Hostel was lovely…<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(“…and a games <\/strong><\/em>room…!)<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The pancakes were champion…<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
