Saturday we trundled off for a walk across the Quantocks. En-route it snowed pretty much throughout, particularly at the end, covering older Scouts and leaders in driving snow, sharp as pins it was! Not too mention extremely cold! We dumped the Scouts in the waiting minibus and alas as there was no room the remaining leaders had to find refuge somewhere, thankfully a local (with log fire) was on hand to rescue the weary travellers. Sadly, so was Alexis in the minibus not long later…
Following the walk was yet another excuse to dress up, this time comic book party! The leaders decided (rather appropriately) to kit themselves out as the Bash Street Kids.
