Viewed by many as the most exciting form of the game, Rugby 7s will offer a fast-paced, high octane spectacle when it gets underway at Birmingham 2022!
With thanks to the lovely people at 7th Coventry and their superb little hut so close to Coventry stadium! It made our mission on Saturday a whole lot easier (and not quite such an early start)!

Our trip: We stopped off at Hanbury Hall on the way up and had a couple of hours to culturally explore. Once at 7th Coventry dinner was cooked, The 1969 Italian Job watched – filmed in Coventry sewers! An early start followed on Saturday together with a short walk to the stadium. The highlight of the weekend was the rugby and it did not disappoint. Sadly, both England teams lost to New Zealand but the might of the African teams more than made up for it! |
