Celebrate 62nd Bristol's Centenary year!

 Friday 26th July until Wednesday 7th August 2013

Exact dates depend on flight times and dates, flights are not yet available for 2013, the above are based on 2012 dates and times.

 

Who is invited?

All 62nd Scouts, 62nd Cubs (who will be old enough to join Scouts) and current Scouts who will still be in Explorers.

Welcome to the all things Malta page! It has now been revealed, sunny Malta is our destination.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

Accommodation  Important Financial Information Travel & Transport
 

For the main part we will be camping at the Rinella Campsite.

 

 

Facilities at our campsite include:

Tented accommodation and a hut/hall with kitchen, toilets also available.

 

 

 

 

For a small section of the trip we plan a period of home hospitality with a local Scout Troop in Malta.

Home Hospitality is where you will stay with other Scouts at their homes in Malta.

You will not be on your own!

 Installment details:

£25 non refundable deposit: immediate

Then a further:

£175 by end of July 2012

(Flights are booked August 2012)

with FULL PAYMENT by end of May 2013

 

If you wish to discuss any monetry issues, please contact Dave or Clive in confidence. Other arrangements can be made and confidential, private support can be arranged in cases of financial difficulty. Our aim is to get Scouts going!

We also appreciate most people have to pay for London 2012!

 

  • Cancellation may incur charges
  • By signing up your Scout is committing to at least 3 fundraising events (if you joined in at Marks & Spencer bag packing in October 2011, that counts as 1!)
  • Scouts must still be in Scouts or Explorers to attend

 

We fly from Bristol Airport, straight into Malta International Airport. Flight duration is just over 3 hours.

 

Whilst in Malta we will use a combination of ferries, buses, coaches, minibuses and feet.

We have been busy roaming the internet to find the very best that Malta can offer and we can afford!
